Local Assistance Fund Gifts from members of Centenary provide a Local Assistance Fund that is made available weekly to those in the community who need help.
When: Thursday from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm.
Where: Come to the church office entrance at 300 North Ellis. The entrance is at street level on Ellis, just north of the intersection with Sprigg.
Who: Assistance is given to residents of Cape Girardeau County. Residents may receive assistance once per year.
Assistance is available for:
- food
- medicine
- gasoline
- We do not provide assistance for rent, electric bills or water bills
What you will need to bring:
Social security card, picture ID and proof of Cape County residence---such as a piece of mail with your current address

Donations by Friends and Members of Centenary: If you would like to make a donation to help support this ministry you may do so in one of three ways: You can leave a communion offering, you can sign up to place the food basket on the Lord's table and make a donation to Local Assistance in lieu of flowers, or you can write a check and mark it for Local Assistance fund.
